*We do have some equipment available to rent for the football season.  However, equipment is on first come first serve basis & limited for the season AND does come with a $75 Rental fee that is refunded at the end of the season when equipment is returned.*

PRACTICE INFORMATION:

First day of practice is Monday July 18th at Seven Oaks Park - 1285 School Lane, Nashville, TN 37217
Practice starts 6pm - 8pm

​

Please follow the signs that will be posted.  If you're seeing this, we encourage you to complete registration prior to first day of practice in order for us to provide coaches with a check-in sheet.  The first week of practice can be hectic, we will try our best to make this experience easy and stress free for all families.

For the First day of practice, please wear only T-Shirt, Shorts, Cleats (Shoes for Cheer)
From there the Head Coaches will communicate what the rest of the week looks like.

Parents are not allowed on the Practice Field.  Please stay outside of the fence.  If there are any questions, please direct all to the Board of Directors who will be located under the Pavilion next to the bathrooms, you cant miss it.

REGISTERING AT PRACTICE:

​

If you're looking to register during practice, you can do so under the pavilion next to the bathrooms. Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate with the seal.  By league rule, we cannot accept a Mother's Copy from the hospital. If you do not have a copy, we are able to make copies on spot. 

​If you played with us last year, we should have a copy on file that we are allowed to use.  Please have it available just in case. 

 

NO UNREGISTRED KIDS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PRACTICE FIELDS

When we say we do this for the kids.  WE DO!! That being said, when we are at Practice and/or Games we ask that we all act like adults, mature, professional, and place all of our attention on these kids and support them!  Being Competitive is Great, but lets not ruin this experience!

ANY disagreements you have, please take it outside of the park.  Any questions you may have about the program, or need more clarity regarding something, please direct it to a Coach, Team Mom, or a member of the Board of Directors. 

Please pick up ALL TRASH! - Leave the Profanity outside of the park, No Alcohol, No Smoking
