Updated Equipment Rental Policy

After careful consideration, we have made revisions to our Rental policy that we deem necessary for ensuring the ongoing success of our program.
 

Before 2024, we offered Free Equipment Rental, aiming to provide most of our program with equipment for the season. However, we encountered a significant percentage of non-returns, which posed challenges for the program. Operating a non-profit program like ours comes with numerous challenges, compounded by rising costs such as player insurance, field rentals, and equipment expenses.
 

Introducing the New Equipment Rental Policy, we aim to increase parental accountability. Although this may entail additional effort for the board to manage, we believe it is the most suitable approach.

 

Moving forward, we present two options for Equipment Rentals:

Cash or Money Order: An upfront deposit of $80 that is completely refunded once all equipment is returned.

For Parents with 2 or more kids renting equipment that isn't able to provide upfront Cash or Money Order, please get with the Board to discuss alternatives. 

Equipment Rental Qualifications:

We are unable to rent out equipment to any player who isn't fully paid up for the 2024 Football Season.
